Meeting Code of Conduct

All faculty, students, speakers, moderators, staff, and members of the public attending this symposium agree by their presence that they undertake to:

Maintain Respect: Treat all participants, staff, and speakers with dignity and courtesy, free from discrimination based on race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, or disability.

Prevent Harassment: Zero tolerance for verbal abuse, intimidation, stalking, inappropriate physical contact, or unwelcome sexual attention.

Avoid Disruption: Refrain from intentionally disrupting talks, presentations, or event operations.

Respect Media Policies: Comply with specific rules regarding photography, audio, or video recording of presentations.
